Freight100 mobile robot base assembly

The Freight100 is an autonomous mobile robot base from Fetch Robotics, designed to carry payloads of about 100 kg and to serve as a platform for custom top modules such as shelves, conveyors, or carts. It uses laser scanners for navigation and obstacle avoidance and can map its environment and plan paths in facilities with people and other vehicles. The robot connects to the FetchCore software for fleet management and integration with warehouse systems. A rechargeable battery with automatic docking supports multi-shift operation. Typical applications include moving totes, parts, and materials between workstations, supporting order picking and light logistics, and as the base for robot-mounted manipulators.
