DWB 150 compact servo drive wheel module

The DWB 150 is a compact drive wheel module intended for automated guided vehicles and mobile robots. It combines a servo motor, gearbox and wheel in a single unit, often with a suspension and steering bearing so that the module can be mounted directly under the vehicle chassis. The 150 designation refers to the wheel diameter of about 150 mm. The motor is typically a low voltage brushless DC type with a feedback device, and the module is driven by a matching servo controller. Polyurethane tyres give good grip and floor protection. The design is compact and robust to take the weight of the vehicle and handle dynamic loads. Typical applications are AGV tuggers, automated carts, mobile robot platforms and small unit load vehicles in warehouses and factories.
