MG10 magnetic and 2FG7 adaptive flexible gripper

This entry combines two OnRobot products. The MG10 is a magnetic gripper that uses an electromagnetic or permanent magnet system to grip ferromagnetic parts, with adjustable force and a flexible pad, and is useful for metal sheets, brackets and parts that are difficult to grip with fingers. The 2FG7 is an electric parallel two-finger gripper, compact and with a high grip force relative to its weight, offering a stroke of around 38 mm with an adjustable grip force of up to about 140 N and a payload up to approximately 7 kg for form-fit. Its design suits tight workspaces and machine tending. Both tools connect to collaborative robots through OnRobot’s single-cable connection and software integration for brands like Universal Robots, Fanuc, Doosan, Kuka and others. Typical applications include machine tending, CNC loading, assembly, packaging and material handling.
