S-20 heavy-duty pressure transmitter

The S-20 is a pressure transmitter from WIKA, widely used for industrial applications including mechanical engineering and hydraulics. It uses a thin-film sensor on a stainless steel measuring cell, which gives good long-term stability and shock and vibration resistance. Output signals include 4 to 20 mA, 0 to 10 V and ratiometric versions, with measuring ranges from low bar levels up to 1,000 bar or more, and accuracy of about 0.25 or 0.5 percent of span. Electrical connections include angular connector, M12 and cable options. Wetted parts are stainless steel, and many versions carry protection ratings up to IP65 or IP67 with approvals such as CE and UL. Typical applications include machine tools, hydraulic systems, pumps and compressors, mobile machines and general industry.
