BDF 200 emergency stop control device assembly

The BDF 200 is an emergency stop control device from Schmersal in a plastic enclosure with a mushroom push button. The button latches when pressed and releases by turning, and positively opening contacts interrupt the safety circuit. The enclosure allows installation directly on a machine without additional mounting parts, with cable entries for wiring. Typical applications include emergency stop stations on conveyors, machine tools, processing machines and packaging lines. The yellow collar and red button follow the usual emergency stop colour code, so the station is easy to find in an emergency.
