Continuous-Flex Robot Cables
Continuous-Flex Robot Cables are multi-axis, torsion-resistant multi-conductor cables engineered to withstand severe simultaneous bending, twisting, and axial torque stresses along the moving joints of 6-axis industrial robots and cobots. Constructed with specialized central core fillers, slip-agent tapes, and high-tensile inner jackets, these cables absorb 3D torsional forces without structural deformation or interior conductor binding. Key hardware features typically include ultra-fine bare copper stranding, high-torsion braided copper shields, tear-resistant polyurethane (PUR) outer sheath materials, wide operating temperature ratings, and high resistance to welding spatter, oils, and coolants.
