Safety Relays
Safety Relays are dedicated, fail-safe control units engineered to continuously monitor dual-channel inputs from safety hardware—such as emergency stops, light curtains, and door interlocks—and reliably interrupt machine power upon detecting a fault condition. Utilizing internally cross-monitored force-guided relays and redundant logic paths, these devices ensure that a single internal hardware component failure will not result in a loss of the overall safety function. Key hardware features typically include force-guided (mechanically linked) relay contacts, removable screw or push-in terminal blocks, front-panel LED status and fault indicators, selectable manual or automatic reset modes, and compact DIN-rail mountable housings.
