Solenoid Valve Manifolds
Solenoid Valve Manifolds are centralized pneumatic control assemblies that consolidate multiple electrically actuated directional control valves onto a single shared supply and exhaust block. By distributing main compressed air channels and routing wiring through a multi-pin connector or industrial fieldbus interface, these manifolds eliminate messy individual tubing runs and complex point-to-point electrical wiring. Key hardware features typically include pilot-operated spool valve assemblies, integrated manual overrides, status indication LEDs, multi-protocol fieldbus communication nodes (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET), and internal silencers on common exhaust ports.
