MULTIFLEX 500-C-PUR high-flex motion cable

MULTIFLEX 500-C-PUR is a flexible, shielded control cable from Helukabel intended for continuous motion in energy chains. The polyurethane outer sheath is resistant to abrasion, oils, and cut-through, and the finely stranded copper conductors with a braided shield allow repeated bending over small radii. The C in the name indicates the shielded version for protection against electrical interference. The cable is used in machine tools, handling systems, and packaging machines for control signals, sensors, and low-power connections between a moving machine part and the fixed controller. It is not the cable for torsion in robot arms, where torsion-rated cables such as the ROBO-FLEX types are used instead.
