ÖLFLEX SERVO 719 CY shielded servo motor cable

ÖLFLEX SERVO 719 CY is a hybrid servo motor cable from LAPP for connecting servo drives to motors in static installations or with occasional flexing. Power cores of 4 G 0.75 mm² up to 4 G 50 mm² are combined with control elements for brake and temperature sensor signals, such as 2 x 0.5 to 2 x 2.5 mm² pairs or triplets, with the pairs individually screened. Conductors are class 5 fine-wire bare copper with polypropylene insulation for low capacitance, under an overall tinned copper braid screen for EMC compliance. The orange (RAL 2003) PVC sheath follows the colour convention for servo cables. Voltage rating is 600/1000 V to IEC and 1000 V under UL and CSA, with a 4 kV test voltage. Minimum bending radius is 15 times the diameter for occasional flexing and 6 times when fixed; temperature range is -5 to +70 °C flexing and -40 to +80 °C fixed. It carries UL AWM style 2570 and cUL approvals and is flame retardant to VW-1, FT1 and IEC 60332-1-2. Applications include machine tools, printing machines and general industrial machinery; drag-chain applications need PUR types such as ÖLFLEX SERVO FD.
