High-Flex Encoder Cable for HG-KR Motors (MR-J3ENCBLM)

MR-J3ENCBL□M-A1-H and MR-J3ENCBL□M-A2-H are Mitsubishi Electric’s standard encoder cables for small-capacity HG-KR and HG-MR servo motors (and earlier HF-KP/HF-MP motors) used with MR-J4 and MR-J3 servo amplifiers. The box in the part number is the length, commonly 2, 5 or 10 m, so MR-J3ENCBL5M-A1-H is a 5 m cable. The A1 version has the motor-end connector lead out toward the load side, and A2 toward the opposite side, to suit how the motor is mounted. The -H suffix denotes the high bending life type, intended for moving applications such as cable carriers, whereas -L versions are standard bending life for fixed wiring. The cable carries the serial absolute encoder signals and battery backup lines between the motor connector and the amplifier’s CN2 connector, and lengths beyond 10 m are built with MR-EKCBL extension cables. Matching power cables (MR-PWS1CBL) and brake cables are ordered separately.
