B8151-0 M12 field wireable connector

The B8151-0 is a Turck M12 field-wireable connector, used to terminate sensor, actuator and fieldbus cables on site without moulded cordsets. Field-wireable M12 connectors have a housing with a threaded coupling nut, contact insert and cable gland that a technician assembles on the cable end using screw or other termination contacts. This approach allows cable lengths to be cut to fit and permits quick repair in the field. The connector design provides sealing against dust and water when mated, typically IP67, and the coupling nut gives a vibration resistant connection. Typical applications include factory automation, packaging, material handling, process plants, and any installation where sensors and I/O modules are connected using standard M12 cabling.
