P1D Standard ISO Pneumatic Cylinder (P1D-S032MS-0100)

The P1D series is Parker’s ISO 15552 compliant profile cylinder range. The code P1D-S032MS-0100 describes a standard cylinder with a 32 mm bore and 100 mm stroke, in the double acting version with cushioning, and a magnet in the piston for position sensing with proximity switches. The profile tube is anodised aluminium with sensor grooves, and the piston rod is stainless or chromed steel, with seals designed for long life. Operating pressure is up to 10 bar with filtered air, and the temperature range typically spans minus 20 to plus 80 degrees Celsius. Mounting is by foot, flange, clevis or trunnion accessories that follow the ISO standard dimensions, which makes the cylinder interchangeable with other ISO 15552 products. Typical applications include assembly machines, packaging, material handling, food processing and general automation.
