CCL-IS Compact Cylinder (R480620894)

The CCL-IS is a compact pneumatic cylinder from Aventics built to the ISO 21287 standard for compact cylinders. It is double-acting with a magnetic piston for contactless position sensing, and cushioning is provided by elastic bumpers or adjustable air in some versions. The cylinder body is a profile of anodised aluminium with end covers, and the piston rod is stainless steel. Bore sizes range from small diameters up to 100 mm, with strokes in short steps, and the operating pressure is up to about 10 bar. Mounting is by through holes, threaded holes or accessory kits. Typical applications are clamping, positioning, pushing, lifting and other short stroke tasks in assembly, handling and packaging machines, where space is limited. Sensors, rod ends and clevis accessories are sold separately.
