Cast Iron Pillow Block Unit (UCP205)

The UCP205 is a standard mounted bearing unit consisting of a UC205 insert ball bearing in a P205 cast iron pillow block housing. The designation 205 corresponds to a 25 mm shaft bore, and the insert bearing has a spherical outer surface that fits the housing seat, allowing self-alignment to compensate for slight shaft misalignment. The inner ring is extended with set screws that clamp onto the shaft, which makes mounting simple without special machining. The housing has two mounting bolt holes in the base and a grease fitting for relubrication. Seals protect against dust and contamination, and the bearing is pre-lubricated.
