Heavy-Duty Base Anchor Plate for Aluminum Profile Framing

This is a generic heavy duty base anchor plate for aluminium T-slot profile framing, offered under the T-SLOT name. Such plates attach the lower end of a profile column to the floor or to a machine base so that a frame is stable and resistant to tipping. They are generally made of steel or aluminium, drilled for floor anchors and fitted with slots or tapped holes that accept T-slot bolts or a profile end fastener so the column can be fixed securely. Gussets or thicker sections give extra rigidity compared with light brackets. Leveling feet may be added so that the frame can be adjusted on uneven floors. Typical applications include machine guards, workstations, robot cell frames, conveyor supports and test fixtures built from 30 mm, 40 mm or 45 mm profile systems.
