SoliTherm ComPact Enclosure Air Conditioner (KG 4270)

The SoliTherm ComPact series from Seifert Systems comprises filterless enclosure cooling units that mount on the side of an electrical cabinet. The KG 4270 series is listed by distributors as a side-mount cabinet air conditioner and exists in different voltage variants. Such units use a sealed refrigerant circuit with a compressor, condenser and evaporator, and the closed-loop design keeps the cabinet interior separate from ambient air so that dust, oil mist and humidity cannot enter. A thermostat control maintains a setpoint temperature, typically about 35 degrees Celsius, and condensate is removed automatically. The design avoids air filters, which reduces maintenance. Typical applications are control cabinets for machine tools, packaging lines, food processing and process plants where internal electronics need protection from heat.
