ZK2A15R5AL-06 vacuum ejector manifold unit

The ZK2 is a compact vacuum ejector series from SMC, in which a supply valve and a release valve are integrated with the ejector. This model, ZK2A15R5AL-06, has the A-type body, a nozzle diameter of 1.5 mm and a 24 VDC valve with a light and a surge suppressor. The unit generates vacuum from compressed air with the Venturi principle, and has no moving parts in the vacuum path. A 6 mm one-touch fitting connects the vacuum port. It can be mounted singly or on a manifold, and is controlled directly from a PLC output. The ejector is used on pick-and-place systems, vacuum grippers and robot end-effectors.
