GP12 high-speed six-axis general-purpose robot

The GP12 is a six-axis industrial robot from Yaskawa Motoman’s GP series, with a payload of 12 kg and a horizontal reach of about 1440 mm. It is designed for general handling tasks, with fast axis speeds and a compact arm structure. Repeatability is typically plus or minus 0.06 mm. The arm is paired with a YRC1000 or YRC1000micro controller and can be programmed with Yaskawa’s INFORM language or by the Smart Pendant. It offers a hollow wrist routing for cables and an IP67 wrist rating in many configurations. Typical applications include material handling, machine tending, assembly, packaging, dispensing and laboratory automation. Mounting is by floor, wall or ceiling.
