UR10e six-axis collaborative robot arm

The UR10e is a six-axis collaborative robot from Universal Robots’ e-Series. It carries a payload of 12.5 kg and has a reach of 1300 mm, making it the longer reach, higher payload model in the e-Series line-up after the UR5e. Repeatability is about plus or minus 0.05 mm. The arm weighs about 33.5 kg and works with the CB-series style control box and a touchscreen teach pendant using PolyScope software. Built-in force and torque sensing at the tool flange supports force control, and safety functions allow operation next to people when the risk assessment permits. Joints rotate up to plus or minus 360 degrees except the last joint, which rotates without limit. Typical applications include palletizing, machine tending, packaging, screw driving, welding, gluing and dispensing, and quality inspection. The robot is supplied in IP54 protection class. A wide range of grippers and accessories are available through the UR+ ecosystem.
