RS010N six-axis articulated robot

The RS010N belongs to Kawasaki’s R series of small-to-medium payload articulated robots. It is a six-axis arm carrying up to 10 kg at the wrist, with a maximum reach of about 1,450 mm and position repeatability listed at ±0.03 mm. The arm weighs around 150 kg and can be floor or ceiling mounted. Protection is IP67 equivalent at the wrist and IP65 equivalent on the base axes, which allows use in wash-down or dusty cells. A long-reach sister model, the RS010L, extends reach to 1,925 mm at the same payload. The robot is driven by Kawasaki’s F-series controller (current versions use the compact F01 or E-series controllers) and is programmed with the AS language or teach-pendant block programming. Its slim upper arm and high axis speeds make it suitable for machine tending, small-part material handling, assembly, dispensing, inspection and arc welding with through-arm hoses. It is commonly paired with Kawasaki K-VFinder or third-party vision for picking.
