TS2-60 four-axis industrial SCARA robot

The TS2-60 is a four-axis SCARA robot from Stäubli with a reach of about 600 mm. It belongs to the TS2 family, which is designed for high speed and repeatability with a compact footprint. It is driven by the Stäubli CS9 controller, which runs the VAL 3 programming language and supports fieldbus options and safety functions. Payload capability is in the range of a few kilograms, and repeatability is in the range of a few hundredths of a millimetre, with cycle times suited to high-throughput pick and place. Typical applications include electronics assembly, small part handling, packaging, pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing, and laboratory automation. Mounting is on a floor or table base, and options include different Z-stroke lengths.
