i4-650H high-speed industrial SCARA robot

The i4-650H belongs to the Omron i4H family of SCARA robots, which are designed for high-speed, high-accuracy handling and assembly. It has a reach of 650 mm and four axes: two rotary arm joints, a vertical Z axis and a rotating wrist. The H version is the high-performance variant, with fast cycle times, repeatability in the range of plus or minus 0.01 mm in the horizontal plane, and a payload of several kilograms. The robot is available in standard and cleanroom variants, and can be floor mounted or, for some models, ceiling mounted. The controller options are the Omron eMotion or the Sysmac integrated platform, allowing the robot to be programmed and controlled together with a PLC and vision on a single network. Typical applications include pick-and-place of components, assembly, screw driving, dispensing, packaging, electronics manufacturing and small parts handling.
