STARDOM FCN Autonomous Controller CPU Module (NFCP050)

The NFCP050 is a CPU module for Yokogawa’s STARDOM FCN autonomous controller, introduced in 2015 as a newer, faster CPU for the platform. STARDOM combines PLC style logic with SCADA and remote site functions, running IEC 61131-3 programs on a real-time operating system with Ethernet communications. The module plugs into an FCN base with power supply and I/O modules, and supports dual-redundant CPU configurations in the FCN-RTU and FCN families. Typical applications include oil and gas pipelines, water and wastewater, and power utilities with distributed remote sites.
