CLICK PLUS PLC Controller (C2-01CPU)

The C2-01CPU is the basic CPU module of the CLICK PLUS series from AutomationDirect, a low cost modular PLC. It has on-board digital I/O of eight inputs and six outputs, a built-in Ethernet port and a serial port, and it works from 24 V DC. Additional I/O modules can be attached to the right side to expand the system, covering analog, digital and specialty modules. The CPU supports Modbus TCP and serial Modbus communications, and provides a micro SD card slot for data logging and program storage. Programming is done in the free CLICK Programming Software using ladder logic with a simple instruction set, and the controller has features such as PID, high speed counters, and math functions. Typical applications are small machines, test equipment, simple process control, building controls and hobby or educational use, where affordability and ease of use are more important than advanced features. The CLICK PLUS series replaced the earlier CLICK line.
