SHS 25C heavy-load caged ball LM guide blocks and rails

The SHS 25C is a size 25 block from THK’s SHS series of LM Guides, a caged ball linear guide for heavy loads. Caged ball technology, called Caged Ball by THK, retains the balls in a cage between the block and rail, which reduces ball-to-ball friction and noise, improves lubrication retention, and extends maintenance intervals and life. The four-row circular arc groove design supports equal load capacity in the radial, reverse radial and lateral directions and tolerates some mounting misalignment. Rails are available in standard lengths or cut to length, with accuracy and preload grades selectable to suit the application. Typical applications include machine tools, industrial robots, semiconductor and electronics equipment, transfer systems and general automation axes.
