KWVE 25 four-row linear recirculating ball bearing carriages

KWVE is a series of carriages for linear recirculating ball bearing and guideway assemblies from Schaeffler (INA). The KWVE size 25 carriage runs on a matching 25 mm profile rail, with balls recirculating in four rows under contact angles that give equal load capacity in all main directions. The carriages offer high rigidity and load capacity, with low friction and long life when lubricated. Versions differ by flange type, length and preload class. Typical applications include machine tools, automation equipment, handling systems and semiconductor equipment where precise guidance of moving axes is required.
