LWE 25 standard flange type linear way carriages

The LWE series from IKO is a line of linear way units with a wide rail and flange-type carriages. The size 25 carriage has a flange with mounting holes that can be fastened from above or below. It runs on balls that circulate within the carriage, and the wide rail increases the moment load capacity compared with a narrow rail. The series is used in machine tools, automation equipment, and positioning stages where a compact, rigid guide is required. The flange carriage can take loads from several directions, and IKO supplies the matching rail in various lengths and with grease nipples for lubrication through the carriage.
