NH 25 AN ball guide runner blocks and linear guide rails

The NH series from NSK is a linear guide with ball recirculation that uses four rows of balls in a circular-arc contact arrangement to achieve high rigidity and load capacity in all directions. The block runs on a rail that is supplied in lengths up to several metres and can be butt-jointed. Accuracy classes range from normal to ultra-precision, and preload classes can be selected to tune rigidity and smoothness. Seals and lubrication options such as NSK K1 lubrication units extend maintenance intervals. Typical applications include machine tools, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, industrial robots, injection moulding machines, automation equipment and measuring machinery.
