FEM-E-S high-precision cylindrical single nut ball screw

The FEM-E-S is a precision ball screw drive from Rexroth with a cylindrical single nut including a flange and an internal ball return system. The ground or rolled screw shaft is paired with a nut with defined preload, giving high positioning accuracy and rigidity with low friction compared with trapezoidal screws. Efficiency is typically above ninety percent. Shaft ends are machined to customer drawings. It is used in machine tools, handling systems, injection molding and electric linear axes where high thrust and precision are needed.
