BC10-M30-VP4X capacitive proximity sensor

The BC10-M30-VP4X is a capacitive proximity sensor from Turck in a threaded M30 barrel housing. It has a nominal sensing range of 10 mm with flush mounting, a PNP DC output and a DC supply voltage in the 10 to 30 V range. The adjustable sensitivity allows the sensor to detect metals and non-metals, including plastics, glass, liquids, powders and granules, through the walls of non-metallic containers. A status LED helps setup and the potentiometer is used for sensitivity adjustment. The housing is nickel plated brass with a plastic sensing face and the sensor is protected to IP67.
