Han-E 16-Pin heavy-duty connector assembly

The Han E insert from HARTING is a 16-pole contact insert for heavy-duty rectangular connectors, rated at 16 A and 500 V with 6 kV impulse withstand voltage. The insert fits Han A and Han B hoods and housings, which give the connector its mechanical protection and its IP65 sealing when mated. Contacts are available in crimp, screw, or axial screw termination, and the male and female inserts mate with a pilot contact for protective earth. The Han E range is used to connect motors, sensors, and control circuits to machines and to make modular machine sections quickly separable. Typical applications include machine tools, robot cells, conveyor systems, and trade-fair or temporary installations.
