1S series servo drive amplifier (R88D-1SN01H-ECT)

The R88D-1SN01H-ECT is a servo drive from the Omron 1S series, intended to be used with matching R88M-1 servo motors. According to the model code, the 01H rating corresponds to about 100 W output at 200 VAC single-phase supply, and the ECT suffix indicates EtherCAT communication. The drive supports cyclic synchronous position, velocity and torque modes in line with the CiA 402 profile, so it works with Sysmac NX and NJ controllers and with third-party EtherCAT masters. Built-in features include Safe Torque Off, auto tuning, vibration suppression and notch filters, and support for the high-resolution absolute encoder in the 1S motors. A battery is not required for the absolute encoder in many configurations. Setup and tuning are done in Sysmac Studio. Typical applications include packaging machinery, small assembly machines, semiconductor equipment and inspection machines.
