Heavy Duty Rotary Index Table (RT Series)

The RT series rotary index table from DEX (Destaco) is a heavy-duty indexing table for rotating workpieces to successive stations. Mechanical cam-driven tables of this type give set index angles and dwell periods, with a cast-iron or steel housing, a large central bore and a precision table top. The preloaded cam has no backlash, positions repeatably and carries heavy and offset loads. A gear motor with brake normally drives it. Uses are automotive and appliance assembly machines, welding fixtures and test stations.
