KeTop T150 Wireless/Wired Mobile Terminal (KeTop T150-v2)

The KeTop T150 is the portrait-format member of KEBA’s KeTop T15x mobile HMI family (the T155 is the landscape version). It has a 10.1-inch WXGA TFT display with LED backlight and projected-capacitive multi-touch, plus a membrane keypad of up to 30 keys with status LEDs. Optional operating elements include selector switches, a 16-step rotary encoder, key switches and push buttons. Safety elements consist of a two-channel emergency stop and a three-position, two-channel enabling switch, supporting applications up to PL e (EN ISO 13849-1) or SIL 3. The terminal runs Linux or Windows IoT Enterprise, so it can host a web or native HMI as a thin or thick client. It measures about 215 x 284 x 69 mm and weighs roughly 1.1 kg. Options include an energy storage function and RFID for user login. Besides the cable-connected version, a safe wireless variant (KeTop T15x safe wireless) transmits the emergency stop and enabling signals over a safety radio link. Typical uses are robot teach pendants, machine tool and injection moulding operation, and commissioning of automated cells.
