MicroHAWK V430-F industrial Ethernet code reader

The MicroHAWK V430-F is a compact fixed-mount smart camera and code reader from the Omron MicroHAWK family, originally developed by Microscan. It is built for reading 1D barcodes and 2D codes such as Data Matrix and QR, including direct part marks, in a very small housing suited for installation in tight spaces. The V430-F is a version with a fixed focus lens and an integrated illumination, with an embedded processor that decodes the code and sends data over Ethernet and serial. Industrial protocols such as EtherNet/IP, PROFINET and Modbus TCP are supported depending on firmware. Configuration is carried out with the AutoVISION or ESP software, which includes auto-tuning of the reading parameters. Typical applications include traceability in electronics and medical device manufacturing, part tracking on assembly lines, pharmaceutical packaging and automotive component marking.
