QR1 Series Push-In Fitting (R412005012) with TU1 Polyurethane Tubing

The QR1 series from Aventics is a range of push-in fittings for pneumatic connections, used with TU1 polyurethane tubing. A push-in fitting lets the user insert tubing by hand into the connector, where a collet and seal hold the tube securely against pressure, and release it with a push on a ring. The QR1 range includes straight, elbow, tee and Y fittings, in thread sizes from M5 to G1/2 and tube diameters from 4 mm to 12 mm or similar. Materials are typically nickel plated brass or plastic with nitrile seals, and operating temperature and pressure suit normal compressed air use at a few bar up to about 10 bar. TU1 tubing is a flexible polyurethane tube with good kink resistance and abrasion behaviour, available in several colours. Typical applications include pneumatic tubing in machine assembly, factory automation and handling equipment.
