RG6 2-finger adjustable electric gripper

The RG6 is an electric two-finger gripper from OnRobot, designed for collaborative robots and light industrial robots. It has an adjustable stroke of 150 mm, a grip force adjustable up to about 120 N, and a rated payload of 6 kg for form-fit grip and 10 kg for force-fit, which gives it flexibility for handling a wide range of parts. The fingers can be moved in position and force control, and tool offsets are included, so it can be easily changed. The gripper comes with fingertips that can be adjusted or replaced, and custom fingers are possible. It communicates with robot controllers through a tool connector and software plugins, with direct support for UR, Fanuc, Doosan, Kuka and other robot brands via OnRobot’s One System Solution. Typical applications include machine tending, palletizing, packaging, assembly and quality inspection. The gripper weighs around 1.25 kg.
