Rob-HF high-flexibility 3D robot cable

Hitachi Cable, now operating as Proterial, makes robot cables for the movable parts of industrial robots, where the cable has to withstand repeated bending and twisting. The Rob-HF designation could not be matched to a catalogued series, so this entry describes the product type. Robot cables of this kind use fine stranded conductors, a stable twisted core structure, and an outer sheath of a flexible oil-resistant resin so that they last through large numbers of movement cycles in the arm of a robot.
