Smart Fix Modular Steel Mesh Safety Panel System

Smart Fix is a modular steel mesh machine guarding system from Troax, a Swedish maker of safety fencing and perimeter guarding. The system uses welded wire mesh panels in standard heights and widths, held in posts using a patented clip-in fixing so that panels can be mounted from one side without tools and without welding. Panels are powder coated, typically in a safety colour such as black or grey or yellow, and doors and accessories can be added to complete a cell. The mesh is chosen to meet the safe distance requirements of machinery safety standards, so openings stop access to hazards while allowing visibility. Typical applications include robot cells, automated production lines, conveyors, warehouse and logistics areas, and machine perimeter guarding. Because panels are modular, the layout can be altered or extended later.
