PSENcode non-contact coded safety switch

PSENcode is a non-contact coded safety switch from Pilz, used for monitoring the position of movable guards such as doors and flaps. It consists of an actuator with a coded transponder and a read head that evaluates the code using RFID technology. Unique coding is available to a high level of protection against tampering, and a large switching distance with tolerance for misalignment makes mounting easier. The two safety outputs can be connected to evaluation devices or in series, and the housing is sealed against dust and water for use in food, packaging and machine tool applications.
