Moduflex Valve System (P2M2HV01)

The Moduflex valve system from Parker is a modular valve island platform made from stackable valve sections, with common supply, exhaust and communication. Each section can hold a 3/2, 5/2 or 5/3 valve, with different spools, and the bases carry electrical connections through a multi-pin or fieldbus interface. The system includes input and output modules and supports industrial fieldbus connections such as PROFIBUS, DeviceNet, EtherNet/IP and PROFINET via a communication module. Diagnostic information is available at the module level. Flow capacity varies with the valve size, and operating pressure is up to about 10 bar. The design allows the user to extend the island later and exchange individual valves without disturbing the others. Typical applications include assembly automation, packaging, food and beverage equipment, and general machine control.
