34 Series Small 3-Way Valve Manifold System

The MAC 34 Series is a compact, direct solenoid-operated 3-way poppet valve 10 mm wide, part of MAC’s small 3-way valve family. Its solenoid uses MAC’s oval armature design, and the balanced poppet with a strong return spring gives high shifting force, fast and repeatable response and long service life, while tolerating contaminated air better than spool designs. Ports are M5 or 10-32 and maximum flow is Cv 0.12. Valves can be used individually or ganged on manifold bases, in plug-in versions where electrical connection is made through the manifold and in non-plug-in versions with individual connectors, which allows compact valve islands with common supply and exhaust. Normally closed and normally open functions and several voltages and electrical connection styles are offered. Typical uses are piloting larger valves, driving small cylinders and grippers, vacuum generator control, and air blow-off on packaging, assembly and medical or analytical equipment.
