AV03 / AV05 Modular Valve System (R422103138)

The AV series from Aventics is a modular valve system with the AV03 and AV05 sizes, offering compact pneumatic valve manifolds. Each valve slice mounts on a base plate, and electrical connections run via a central connection to a fieldbus or multi-pin interface. The AV03 is the smaller size suited to compact flows, and the AV05 gives higher flow rates. Electrical interfaces cover multipole and many fieldbus protocols, such as PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT and IO-Link. The ports are offered in G or push-in connections. Typical applications are machine tools, assembly lines, packaging machines, handling equipment and food processing, where the manifold sits on or near the machine. Valve counts and options are set at order.
