Linear and Bowl Feeder Drive Base System

Reventec offers drive units for vibratory feeding systems, which consist of a base carrying electromagnets and leaf springs that cause a bowl or linear track to vibrate in a controlled way. The vibrations convey parts along the track for sorting and orientation before they reach an assembly or packaging station. The drive base is matched with a controller that regulates amplitude and frequency to control the feed rate. Bases are specified by load capacity and bowl diameter. Typical applications include feeding small parts such as screws, caps, pills and electronic components in assembly automation, packaging, pharmaceutical and electronics production.
