SRC-N Series Electromagnetic Vibratory Feeder Base

The SRC-N series name is attributed to RNA Automated Assembly, a UK-based provider of parts feeding systems. These electromagnetic bases drive vibratory bowl feeders by using an electromagnet coupled to a spring system that creates controlled vibration; the bowl then conveys and orients parts. Speed or amplitude is set by an electronic controller. Bases are selected to match the bowl size and mass. Typical applications include feeding small components such as fasteners, plastic parts, electronic components and medical parts in assembly machines and packaging lines.
