Rulmeca Drive Roller 24V DC Series

The Rulmeca 24 V DC drive roller series is a motorised conveyor roller in which a brushless DC motor and a planetary gearbox are enclosed inside the roller tube. This design eliminates external drives, chains and belts, reducing noise and maintenance, and uses a low safe voltage that suits accumulation conveyors. Rollers are controlled by dedicated driver cards supplied by Rulmeca, enabling zero-pressure accumulation and speed control. Typical applications include warehouse and distribution conveyors, parcel handling, packaging lines and intralogistics systems, with tube diameters and lengths chosen by the load.
