ZPA Motorized Conveyor Roller Assembly

The Dematic ZPA conveyor accumulates cartons or totes in zones, each driven by its own motorized roller, so product queues without touching and without line pressure. Sensors detect product in each zone and the controller starts and stops that zone’s roller motor. A motorized roller is a drive built inside the roller tube, avoiding external motors, chains or belts, and is typically a 24 V DC brushless unit. Dematic sells these as engineered systems for warehouse, distribution and parcel handling.
