Pulse Roller SENy50 Series 24V DC MDR

Pulseroller is the conveyor brand of Kyowa Manufacturing, and Senergy is its current family of motor-driven rollers (MDR) for 24 V DC zero-pressure accumulation conveyors. Each roller contains a 10-pole brushless DC motor and an all-metal planetary gearbox. The standard Senergy roller is rated 40 W at 2.5 A, rising to 50 W at 3.5 A in BOOST mode, with a wide choice of speed codes; the Senergy-Ai version integrates more drive intelligence and connects via a 4-pin M8 cable, and a Senergy-Ai-48 variant runs on 48 V DC at 50 W. Tube diameters of 48.6 mm (1.9 inch), 50 mm and 60.5 mm are offered. Standard rollers are IP54, with washdown (IP66/IP69K, NSF-certified), freezer and mechanical-brake versions available, plus pallet-handling rollers and the Senergy-IDC with internal drive control. Pulseroller supplies matching ConveyLinx and other controllers. Typical applications are carton and tote conveyors in distribution centres, e-commerce fulfilment, food handling and pallet transport.
