IPS Modular Aluminum Framing Profile (40×40 mm)

Parker Hannifin’s IPS range, from the former Industrial Profile Systems line, provides T-slot aluminium extrusions and connecting hardware for constructing machine frames, workstations, guarding and enclosures. The 40 by 40 mm profile has slots on all four sides that accept T-nuts, bolts and brackets, allowing frames to be assembled and modified without welding. The profiles are extruded from aluminium alloy and are usually anodised or supplied natural, in standard lengths that can be cut to size, with machining services available. A large range of accessories includes corner brackets, end caps, hinges, panels, linear bearing slides and castors. Strength and stiffness depend on the profile cross section and length, and the manufacturer publishes bending data. Typical applications include machine bases, conveyor frames, safety fences, test benches, robot cell structures, and lab automation.
